    Graft Failure in Cord Blood Transplantation Successfully Treated with Short-Term Reduced-Intensity Conditioning Regimen and Second Allogeneic Transplantation
    In 36 adult patients undergoing cord blood transplantation at the researchers’ hospital between July 2003 and December 2009, six patients developed graft failure. All six patients underwent second stem cell transplantation (SCT). All patients achieved neutrophil engraftment, and the median elapsed time from second SCT to engraftment was 35 days.     Differentiating of Banked Human Umbilical Cord Blood-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells into Insulin-Secreting Cells
