Scientists report corin, a synthetic hybrid agent derived from the class I HDAC inhibitor and an LSD1 inhibitor. Cell-based experiments demonstrated that corin exhibits a superior anti-proliferative profile against several melanoma lines and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma lines compared to its parent monofunctional inhibitors but is less toxic to melanocytes and keratinocytes. Hair Follicle Development in Mouse Pluripotent Stem Cell-Derived Skin Organoids

The authors describe the derivation of skin organoids, constituting epidermal and dermal layers, from a homogeneous population of mouse pluripotent stem cells in a 3D culture. They showed that skin organoids spontaneously produce de novo hair follicles in a process that mimics normal embryonic hair folliculogenesis. In Vivo Evaluation of Bacterial Cellulose/Acrylic Acid Wound Dressing Hydrogel Containing Keratinocytes and Fibroblasts for Burn Wounds

Beneficial Effects of Melittin on Ovalbumin-Induced Atopic Dermatitis in Mouse

MicroRNA-146 and Cell Trauma Downregulate Expression of the Psoriasis-Associated Atypical Chemokine Receptor ACKR2

Pharmacological Activation of TRPV4 Produces Immediate Cell Damage and Induction of Apoptosis in Human Melanoma Cells and HaCaT Keratinocytes
