Loss of Reelin Protects against Atherosclerosis by Reducing Leukocyte–Endothelial Cell Adhesion and Lesion Macrophage Accumulation
In cultured human endothelial cells, Reelin enhanced monocyte adhesion and increased intercellular adhesion molecule–1, vascular cell adhesion molecule–1, and E-selectin expression by suppressing endothelial nitric oxide synthase activity and increasing nuclear factor κB activity in an apolipoprotein E receptor 2-dependent manner. A20 Deficiency Leads to Angiogenesis of Pulmonary Artery Endothelial Cells through Stronger NF-κB Activation under Hypoxia
