MicroRNA Profiling Reveals Two Distinct p53-Related Human Pluripotent Stem Cell States
Researchers profiled miRNA expression levels across 49 human cell lines, including embryonic stem cells (ESCs), induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), differentiated cells, and cancer cell lines. Murine Embryonic Stem Cells Self Renewal and Pluripotency Is Maintained by a Bovine Granulosa Cell Line Conditioned Medium While Increasing the Proliferation Rate
Researchers studied the effects of the conditioned medium from a bovine granulosa cell line (BGC-CM), on the maintenance of self renewal and pluripotency of murine embryonic stem cells (mESCs). Wellcome Trust Award Could Bring Sight for Sore Eyes
