Absence of WASp Enhances Hematopoietic and Megakaryocytic Differentiation in a Human Embryonic Stem Cell Model
Researchers used zinc finger nucleases targeted to the Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS) locus for the development of two isogenic WAS knockout (WASKO) human embryonic stem cell lines (hESCs).
