Efficient Engineering of Human Auricular Cartilage through Mesenchymal Stem Cell Chaperoning

To significantly decrease the number of chondrocytes required for human elastic cartilage engineering, the authors co-cultured human mesenchymal stem cells with auricular chondrocyte to promote healthy elastic cartilage formation.
