Relationships between Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate and Prostate Cancer

Prostate cancer is often found in men undergoing holmium laser enucleation of the prostate, and can be challenging to manage. Further work is still needed in variables associated with the detection of incidental prostate cancer, strategies to reduce incidental prostate cancer, and the natural history and management of this condition.
