Pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells (PASMC) were isolated from rats and treated with PDGF-BB to simulate PASMC proliferation, and shRNA for EIF3 was conducted to investigate the mechanism behind the role of EIF3A in PASMC function in vitro.
