Depleting DDX1 Sensitizes Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Cells to Chemotherapy by Attenuating Cancer Stem Cell Traits

The authors found that depleting DEAD-box helicase 1 (DDX1) increased the sensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer cells to the chemotherapy drug cisplatin, increased cell apoptosis, and inhibited cell migration and invasion.
