O₂ Variant Chip to Simulate Site-Specific Skeletogenesis from Hypoxic Bone Marrow

Scientists cultured bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in a 3D chip and implanted them into rabbit defect models of low-oxygen cartilage and high-oxygen calvaria bone in order to simulate site-specific skeletogenesis from hypoxic bone marrow.
