Hypoimmunogenic iPSCs were generated through CRISPR/Cas9 editing of the human leukocyte antigen molecules in healthy donor-derived iPSCs and differentiated into oligodendrocyte progenitor cells (OPCs_. The OPCs were engrafted into the brains of Canavan disease mice and exhibited widespread distribution in the brain.
