Analysis of BRCA1- and BRCA2-Related Pancreatic Cancer and Survival

This study included 234 consecutively identified patients with germline BRCA PVs and a diagnosis of PDAC. Of patients with BRCA1, 33 of 69 were males with a median age of 63 years. Of patients with BRCA2, 84 of 165 were males, and the median age was 64 years.
