HTRA1 Interacts with SLC7A11 to Modulate Colorectal Cancer Chemosensitivity by Inhibiting Ferroptosis

HtrA serine protease 1 (HTRA1) was screened out as a colorectal cancer (CRC) progression- and chemoresistance-related gene. Gain- and loss-of-function analyses demonstrated a stimulatory role of HTRA1 on the proliferation of CRC cells.
