Multivalent mRNA-DTP Vaccines Are Immunogenic and Provide Protection from Bordetella pertussis Challenge in Mice

Immunogenicity and challenge models were used to evaluate the mRNA platform with multivalent vaccine formulations targeting both B. pertussis antigens and diphtheria and tetanus toxoids.
