Transcriptome-Wide Profiling for Melanocytes Derived from Newborn and Adult Human Epidermis with Enhanced Proliferation

Researchers generated ten different cell lines in total from newborn and adult primary normal human epidermal melanocytes using four different methods. They performed whole transcriptome sequencing analysis to elucidate the differences of genome-wide expression profiles among cell lines.
