A Pro-Metastatic tRNA Fragment Drives Aldolase a Oligomerization to Enhance Aerobic Glycolysis in Lung Adenocarcinoma

Scientists identified a transfer RNA-derived fragments (tRF), tRF-Val-CAC-024, associated with the high-risk component of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), through validation using three cohorts. They demonstrated that tRF-Val-CAC-024 acted as an oncogene in LUAD.
