NQO1 Triggers Neutrophil Recruitment and NET formation to Drive Lung Metastasis of Invasive Breast Cancer

Investigators revealed a previously unrecognized NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase 1 (NQO1)-PPIA-CD147-NET axis that drove breast cancer lung metastasis. Inhibiting this axis is a potential therapeutic strategy to limit lung metastasis in breast cancer patients.
