MANF Facilitates Breast Cancer Cell Survival Under Glucose-Starvation Conditions via Prkn-Mediated Mitophagy Regulation

Investigators showed that mesencephalic astrocyte-derived neurotrophic factor (MANF)-mediated mitophagy facilitated breast cancer (BC) cell survival under glucose-starvation conditions. MANF-mediated mitophagy also promoted fatty acid oxidation in glucose-starved BC cells.
