PDIA2 Is Associated with the Prognosis of Prostate Cancer, and Downregulation of PDIA2 Delays the Progression of Prostate Cancer Cells

Patients with prostate cancer who express PDIA2 high in particular have a bad prognosis in terms of progression-free survival. In addition, the upregulation of PDIA2 expression in prostate cancer patients was accompanied by higher Gleason scores, advanced tumor staging, lymph node metastasis, and elevated PSA levels.
