Scientists reported that the prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) Tri-specific Killer Engager specifically bound to PSMA-expressing cells and significantly enhanced expansion, degranulation, and cytokine production of NK cells derived from healthy donors or prostate cancer patients.
