Scientists reviewed the studies of cartilage organoids and silk fibroin (SF)-based hydrogels. The advantages of SF-based hydrogels in constructing cartilage organoids and the iterative optimization of cartilage organoids through designing hydrogels by using artificial intelligence calculation are also discussed.
