Scientists reported on IL-6-driven miR-142 deficit occurring in T cells during blast crisis (BC) transformation. Correcting miR-142 deficit restored T cell immune activity, leading to leukemic stem cell elimination and prolonged survival of BC chronic myeloid leukemia murine models.
