Photobiomodulation Promotes Osteogenic Differentiation of Mesenchymal Stem Cells and Increases P-Akt Levels In Vitro

Researchers cultured human umbilical cord MSCs (hUCMSC) in vitro and treated them with 635/808 nm laser light. The results showed that photobiomodulation treatment significantly enhances hUCMSC proliferation and osteogenic differentiation.
