Remdesivir Inhibits Endothelial Activation and Atherosclerosis by Coupling TAL1 to TRAF6

Pharmacological treatment with remdesivir significantly reduced atherosclerotic lesions in the total aorta and decreased VCAM-1 expression in aortic roots of ApoE−/− mice.
