IL27RA Promotes the Proliferation and Metastasis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells by Regulating TGFβR1

Scientists revealed that IL27RA is significantly upregulated in HCC. Both in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrated that IL27RA knockdown markedly inhibited the proliferation and metastasis of HCC cells.
