The authors reported the first toxicological application of stem cell (SC) islets to investigate the developmental effect of endocrine disrupting chemicals. Using hiPSCs, they generated SC-islets and exposed them to a mixture of bisphenol A, bisphenol S, and trans-nonachlor during differentiation.
