Investigators showed that cytoplasmic mRNA (poly(A)) sustains MYC activation in osteosarcoma. Multi-omics profiling and single-cell transcriptomics identified TENT5A as selectively upregulated in MYC-activated tumors and enriched in proliferative, stem-like populations.
