Recombinant Lloviu Virus as a Tool to Study Viral Replication and Host Responses

Similar to other filoviruses, recombinant Lloviu virus formed filamentous virions and induced the formation of characteristic inclusions in the cytoplasm of the infected cells, as shown by electron microscopy.
