Epigenetic Dynamics During Capacitation of Naïve Human Pluripotent Stem Cells

The authors found that capacitated hPSCs were transcriptionally closer to postimplantation epiblast than conventional hPSCs. They also find that capacitated hPSCs acquired an epigenetic state similar to conventional hPSCs.
