Investigators demonstrated that Celastrus orbiculatus ethyl acetate extract (COE) displayed a strong inhibitory effect on GCSCs growth and CSCs markers. Moreover, COE was shown to efficiently inhibited the development of tumor spheres and accelerate GCSCs apoptosis.
