0of%20NPM1c%2B-associated%20leukemic%20transcription%20program%20and%20leukemogenesis.%20HOXBLINC%20loss%20attenuates%20NPM1c%2B-driven%20leukemogenesis%20by%20rectifying%20the%20signature%20of%20NPM1c%2B%20leukemic%20transcription%20programs.%20Furthermore%2C%20overexpression%20of%20HoxBlinc%20%28HoxBlincTg%29%20in%20mice%20enhances%20HSC%20self-renewal%20and%20expands%20myelopoiesis%2C%20leading%20to%20the%20development%20of%20AML-like%20disease%2C%20reminiscent%20of%20the%20phenotypes%20seen%20in%20the%20Npm1%20mutant%20knock-in%20%28Npm1c%5C%2F%2B%29%20mice.%20HoxBlincTg%20and%20Npm1c%5C%2F%2B%20HSPCs%20share%20significantly%20overlapped%20transcriptome%20and%20chromatin%20structure.%20Mechanistically%2C%20HoxBlinc%20binds%20to%20the%20promoter%20regions%20of%20NPM1c%2B%20signature%20genes%20to%20control%20their%20activation%20in%20HoxBlincTg%20HSPCs%2C%20via%20MLL1%20recruitment%20and%20promoter%20H3K4me3%20modification.%20Our%20study%20reveals%20that%20HOXBLINC%20lncRNA%20activation%20plays%20an%20essential%20oncogenic%20role%20in%20NPM1c%2B%20leukemia.%20HOXBLINC%20and%20its%20partner%20MLL1%20are%20potential%20therapeutic%20targets%20for%20NPM1c%2B%20AML.%22%2C%22date%22%3A%222021-03-29%22%2C%22language%22%3A%22en%22%2C%22DOI%22%3A%2210.1038%5C%2Fs41467-021-22095-2%22%2C%22ISSN%22%3A%222041-1723%22%2C%22url%22%3A%22https%3A%5C%2F%5C%2Fwww.nature.com%5C%2Farticles%5C%2Fs41467-021-22095-2%22%2C%22collections%22%3A%5B%5D%2C%22dateModified%22%3A%222021-03-29T16%3A08%3A08Z%22%7D%7D%5D%7D
