ubtype-specific%20lipidome%20remodeling.%20While%20NE%20SCLC%20is%20ferroptosis%20resistant%2C%20it%20acquires%20selective%20addiction%20to%20the%20TRX%20anti-oxidant%20pathway.%20In%20experimental%20settings%20of%20non-NE%5C%2FNE%20intratumoral%20heterogeneity%2C%20non-NE%20or%20NE%20populations%20are%20selectively%20depleted%20by%20ferroptosis%20or%20TRX%20pathway%20inhibition%2C%20respectively.%20Preventing%20subtype%20plasticity%20observed%20under%20single%20pathway%20targeting%2C%20combined%20treatment%20kills%20established%20non-NE%20and%20NE%20tumors%20in%20xenografts%2C%20genetically%20engineered%20mouse%20models%20of%20SCLC%20and%5Cu00a0patient-derived%20cells%2C%20and%20identifies%20a%20patient%20subset%20with%20drastically%20improved%20overall%20survival.%20These%20findings%20reveal%20cell%20death%20pathway%20mining%20as%20a%20means%20to%20identify%20rational%20combination%20therapies%20for%20SCLC.%22%2C%22date%22%3A%222021-04-06%22%2C%22language%22%3A%22en%22%2C%22DOI%22%3A%2210.1038%5C%2Fs41467-021-22336-4%22%2C%22ISSN%22%3A%222041-1723%22%2C%22url%22%3A%22https%3A%5C%2F%5C%2Fwww.nature.com%5C%2Farticles%5C%2Fs41467-021-22336-4%22%2C%22collections%22%3A%5B%5D%2C%22dateModified%22%3A%222021-04-06T21%3A51%3A58Z%22%7D%7D%5D%7D
