P%20inhibitor%2C%20verteporfin%20extremely%20inhibited%20the%20cell%20viability%20with%20apoptosis%20induction.%20Moreover%2C%20trametinib%20induced%20basal%20to%20luminal%20differentiation%20of%20BC%20organoids%20by%20upregulating%20luminal%20markers%20and%20downregulating%20basal%20ones.%20In%20vivo%2C%20trametinib%20decreased%20the%20tumor%20growth%20of%20BC%20organoids%20in%20mice%20and%20the%20xenograft-derived%20organoids%20from%20trametinib-administered%20mice%20showed%20enhanced%20sensitivity%20to%20carboplatin%20due%20to%20MSH2%20upregulation.%20Our%20data%20suggested%20a%20new%20strategy%20of%20trametinib-YAP%20inhibitor%20or%20trametinib-carboplatin%20combination%20as%20a%20promising%20treatment%20of%20BC.%22%2C%22date%22%3A%22May%2026%2C%202021%22%2C%22language%22%3A%22%22%2C%22DOI%22%3A%2210.1080%5C%2F15384047.2021.1919004%22%2C%22ISSN%22%3A%221538-4047%22%2C%22url%22%3A%22https%3A%5C%2F%5C%2Fdoi.org%5C%2F10.1080%5C%2F15384047.2021.1919004%22%2C%22collections%22%3A%5B%5D%2C%22dateModified%22%3A%222021-05-27T18%3A28%3A57Z%22%7D%7D%5D%7D
