ing%20a%20combination%20of%20single-cell%20transcriptomics%20and%20immunohistochemistry%2C%20we%20demonstrate%20that%20organoid%20mechanoregulation%20due%20to%20actuation%20operates%20in%20a%20temporally%20restricted%20competence%20window%2C%20and%20that%20organoid%20response%20to%20stretch%20is%20mediated%20extracellularly%20by%20matrix%20stiffness%20and%20intracellularly%20by%20cytoskeleton%20contractility%20and%20planar%20cell%20polarity.%20Exerting%20active%20mechanical%20forces%20on%20organoids%20using%20the%20approaches%20developed%20here%20is%20widely%20applicable%20and%20should%20enable%20the%20generation%20of%20more%20reproducible%2C%20programmable%20organoid%20shape%2C%20identity%20and%20patterns%2C%20opening%20avenues%20for%20the%20use%20of%20these%20tools%20in%20regenerative%20medicine%20and%20disease%20modelling%20applications.%22%2C%22date%22%3A%222021-05-27%22%2C%22language%22%3A%22en%22%2C%22DOI%22%3A%2210.1038%5C%2Fs41467-021-22952-0%22%2C%22ISSN%22%3A%222041-1723%22%2C%22url%22%3A%22https%3A%5C%2F%5C%2Fwww.nature.com%5C%2Farticles%5C%2Fs41467-021-22952-0%22%2C%22deleted%22%3A1%2C%22collections%22%3A%5B%22TUURQW3H%22%5D%2C%22dateModified%22%3A%222021-05-27T17%3A43%3A11Z%22%7D%7D%5D%7D
