Assessment of Safety and Immunogenicity of MHC Homozygous iPSC-Derived CD34+ Hematopoietic Progenitors in a NHP Model

The authors demonstrated that infusing hematopoietic progenitors derived from MHC homozygous iPSCs (iHP) were well-tolerated and safe, observing no teratomas or tumors in the Mauritian cynomolgus macaque up to one year after HSC transplant and iHP infusion.
