The authors examined the contact hypersensitivity (CHS) response and NET formation in Il36rn−/− mice. Il36rn−/− mice showed enhanced CHS responses, increased infiltration of inflammatory cells, including neutrophils, CD4+ T cells, and CD8+ T cells.
