Mouse Placenta Fetal Macrophages Arise from Endothelial Cells outside the Placenta

Using a new Hoxa13Cre allele that labeled all placental endothelial cells, investigators demonstrated that mouse placental fetal macrophages did not arise from placental endothelium.
