Researchers determined that expression of the pseudokinase nuclear receptor binding protein 1 (NRBP1) positively associated with poor prognosis in TNBC and was required for efficient migration, invasion, and proliferation of TNBC cells in culture as well as growth of TNBC orthotopic xenografts and experimental metastasis.
