Integrative analyses of multiple-omics data revealed that high mobility group nucleosome binding (HMGN) frequently exhibit dysregulation in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). Subsequent analysis of the clinical relevance of HMGN1 demonstrated its association with poor prognosis in LUAD and its potential as a diagnostic marker to differentiate LUAD from healthy controls.
