Scientists performed mRNA-seq to compare gene expression profiles of various colorectal and mammary cell lines upon siRNA-mediated knockdown of USP22. MPPa-PDT Suppresses Breast Tumor Migration/Invasion by Inhibiting Akt-NF-κB-Dependent MMP-9 Expression via ROS
