Establishment of Rat Liver Cancer Cell Lines with Different Metastatic Potential

Arenobufagin had a significant anti-hepatoma effect in vitro and therapeutic effect on zebrafish xenograft model, regulating lipid homeostasis. Researchers found that 14,15β-dihydroxyklaineanone inhibited the growth and migration of HepG2 cells but did not induce cell apoptosis. 14,15β-dihydroxyklaineanone induced S cell cycle arrest by downregulating the expression levels of cyclin A, p-CDK2, cyclin B1, p21, E2F-1 and PCNA. CCL20 Induced by Visfatin in Macrophages via the NF-κB and MKK3/6-p38 Signaling Pathways Contributes to Hepatic Stellate Cell Activation
