Dipalmitoylphosphatidic Acid Inhibits Breast Cancer Growth by Suppressing Angiogenesis via Inhibition of the CUX1/FGF1/HGF Signaling Pathway

Dipalmitoylphosphatidic acid (DPPA) directly inhibited the proliferation, migration and tube formation of vascular endothelial cells. The anti-angiogenic effect of DPPA was regulated by the inhibition of Cut-like homeobox1 (CUX1), which transcriptionally inhibited fibroblast growth factor 1 (FGF1), leading to the downregulation of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF). TRAF6 Mediates High Glucose-Induced Endothelial Dysfunction

Culture of human aortic endothelial cells (HAECs) in high glucose medium significantly increased tumor necrosis factor-associated factor 6 (TRAF6) mRNA and protein expression in a time dependent manner. Identification of Novel Diabetes Impaired miRNA-Transcription Factor Co-Regulatory Networks in Bone Marrow-Derived Lin^–/VEGF-R2⁺ Endothelial Progenitor Cells

Investigators conducted microarray experiments followed by integrative regulatory analysis on cells isolated from Akita diabetic mice and age-matched non-diabetic controls. Propofol Prevents Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cell Injury from Ang II-Induced Apoptosis by Activating the ACE2-(1-7)-Mas Axis and eNOS Phosphorylation
