Endothelial MT1-MMP Targeting Limits Intussusceptive Angiogenesis and Colitis via TSP1/Nitric Oxide Axis

Combined in vivo intravital microscopy and lentiviral rescue experiments with in vitro cell culture demonstrated that MT1-MMP activity in endothelial cells was required for vasodilation and intussusceptive angiogenesis, as well as for nitric oxide production via binding of the C-terminal fragment of MT1-MMP substrate thrombospondin-1 (TSP1) to CD47/αvβ3 integrin. NADPH Oxidase 4 Mediates the Protective Effects of Physical Activity against Obesity-Induced Vascular Dysfunction

Analysis of the endothelial function using Mulvany Myograph showed endothelial dysfunction in wild-type as well as in NADPH oxidase isoform 4 (Nox4^-/-) mice after 20 weeks on high-fat diet. R5, a Neutralizing Antibody to Robo1, Suppresses Breast Cancer Growth and Metastasis by Inhibiting Angiogenesis via Down-Regulating Filamin A

Quercetin predominantly repressed cell viability, migration, VEGF expression and facilitated apoptosis in HMEC-1 cells.
