In vivo genetic screening identified CCL2 as the top prometastatic gene induced by Polycomb Repressor Complex 1. CCL2 governed self-renewal and induced the recruitment of M2-like tumor-associated macrophages and regulatory T cells, thus coordinating metastasis initiation with immune suppression and neoangiogenesis. Supraphysiological Androgens Suppress Prostate Cancer Growth through Androgen Receptor-Mediated DNA Damage

Scientists discerned the mechanisms by which supraphysiological androgen (SPA) inhibited prostate cancer and determined if molecular context associated with anti-tumor activity. Ginsenoside Rb1 Inhibits Vascular Calcification as a Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator
