Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation Can Overcome the Adverse Prognosis Indicated by Secondary-Type Mutations in De Novo Acute Myeloid Leukemia

In 394 patients diagnosed with de novo acute myeloid leukemia who had a normal karyotype, the genetic profiling via targeted deep sequencing of 45 genes revealed 59 patients carrying secondary-type mutations.
