    TET2-Mediated mRNA Demethylation Regulates Leukemia Stem Cell Homing and Self-Renewal

    Scientists showed that Tet2 deficiency significantly facilitated leukemogenesis in various acute myeloid leukemia models through promoting homing of leukemia stem cells into bone marrow niche to increase their self-renewal/proliferation.

    CDK7 and CDK9 Inhibition Interferes with Transcription, Translation and Stemness, and Induces Cytotoxicity in GBM Irrespective of Temozolomide Sensitivity

    Scientists examined the effect of a CDK7 inhibitor, THZ1, and multiple CDK9 inhibitors on glioblastoma cell lines, patient-derived temozolomide-resistant and responsive primary tumor cells and glioma stem cells.

    The authors investigated the in vitro and in vivo implications of Δ40p53 expression in breast cancer.
