In Vivo ERK1/2 Reporter Predictively Models Response and Resistance to Combined BRAF and MEK Inhibitors in Melanoma

Micro RNAs Upregulated in Vitiligo Skin Play an Important Role in Its Aetiopathogenesis by Altering TRP1 Expression and Keratinocyte-Melanocytes Cross-Talk

Mannan‐Binding Lectin Promotes Keratinocyte to Produce CXCL1 and Enhances Neutrophil Infiltration at the Early Stages of Psoriasis

Scientists investigated the function of mannan‐binding lectin (MBL) on the course of experimental murine imiquimod (IMQ)‐induced psoriasis. They showed that MBL‐deficient mice exhibited attenuated skin damage characterized by greatly decreased erythema compared to wild‐type control mice during the early stages of IMQ‐induced psoriasis‐like skin inflammation.
