These natural compounds selectively inhibited human drug-resistant prostate cancer in vitro. Using a small kinase inhibitor and RNAi-based gene silencing to disrupt EPHB4 activity, they found that these disruptions re-sensitized enzalutamide-resistant prostate cancer to the drug both in vitro and in vivo.
