Investigators found that Glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β) was noted as a substrate for ZDHHC4-mediated palmitoylation at the Cys14 residue, which enhanced glioblastoma temozolomide resistance and glioblastoma stem cells self-renewal.
