Prophylactic Tranexamic Acid in Patients with Hematologic Malignancy: A Placebo Controlled, Randomized Clinical Trial

To determine whether tranexamic acid safely reduced bleeding incidence in patients undergoing treatment for hematologic malignancies, a randomized double blind clinical trial was conducted.
